Publisher’s Hooded Horse and Firesquid Games have officially kicked off TactiCon 2024. The digital convention is celebrating strategy games of all genres with over 100 titles participating in this year’s event.
Earlier today the 40 minute TactiCon 2024 Digital Showcase covered some of the hottest new releases in the strategy genre along with several upcoming titles. Hosted by content creator’s ReneeSky and GamerZakh, the showcase featured games from Hooded Horse, Firesquid, Owlcat Games, Chimera Entertainment, Stray Fawn Publishing, and many more. The entire showcase can be viewed on the TactiCon YouTube channel.
Now through Saturday, July 20, 2024, there is also a great program of talks and panels discussing various aspects of strategy game development and gameplay. For example the “How to Get Your Strategy Game Published #3” panel followed the TactiCon 2024 Showcase. This panel is available for viewing on the TactiCon YouTube channel.
TactiCon 2024 Event Information
TactiCon 2024 is set to run for a total of five days from July 18 to July 22, 2024. The all digital convention of strategy games takes place on Steam. A full line-up of participating game titles is available on the official TactiCon event website.
