Madmind Studio has set a December release date for the studio’s upcoming deep psychological survival-horror adventure title, Paranoid.
Meet Patrick, the story’s 31-year-old protagonist who suffers from Paranoid Schizophrenia. Patrick is faced with a difficult decision, whether to stay home without medication and uncover a neighbors dark secret or buy his medicine and meet his decade-long missing sister.
Having disappeared more than 10 years ago, Patrick’s only family member left, his sister, calls on the phone. His parents previously died in a brutal mysterious set of circumstances. With her announced arrival, Patrick is forced to break his life of isolation.
Something is also amiss with his neighbor. The neighbor haunts his dreams and he can’t seem to get her out of his head. Even more so does she even exist?
In Paranoid, players will determine the course of Patrick’s story. Choices will impact his ultimate fate. Will the player lock themselves in their apartment with their demons or will they venture into the city and discover alternative course of events?
The game can be completed in one of two ways. While staying in the apartment or leaving the apartment may seem like a simple decision, this lone action will profoundly affect Patrick’s fate. Both of these paths are equally significant and rich in story content.
First announced in 2018, Paranoid has been in development by Madmind Studio, the developer behind the survival horror title Agony. In Summer 2019, The Room trailer for Paranoid was released, diving into the paranoia Patrick faces in his own world and mind.
Paranoid Availability
Paranoid has a release date set for December 15, 2023, on Steam for Windows PC. Players can add the game to their Steam wishlist now. The game features high impact horror themes, violence, sexualized violence, sex, and nudity.

Madmind Studio (Facebook, YouTube) is a game development studio founded in 2016 by Tomasz Dutkiewicz.
