Green Man Gaming Publishing, Movie Games S.A. and developer Road Studio are releasing a playable demo on Steam for Alaskan Road Truckers. The demo will be available this weekend and contains 3 hours of free content.
Fans can unlock and enjoy three hours of the definitive trucker experience ahead of the Alaskan Road Truckers full launch later this October. Once installed, fans will have a limited window to experience the open roads of the Alaskan wilds while driving a big rig.
Players are not just a truck in this simulation. As a trucker, gameplay is focused on life both inside and outside of the rig. Players will build a business, deliver cargo, perform vehicle maintenance, navigate the dangers of the road, and survive the difficult challenges of the Alaskan frontier.
In addition to maintaining the truck, players will need to take care of their own health and needs. Hunger and cold will need to be addressed to survive. Outside of the rig, on the open roads, dangers can lie around every turn including the Alaskan wildlife.
Alaskan Road Truckers Availability
Starting at 1:00AM PDT on October 7, 2023, Steam users can download a playable demo version of Alaskan Road Truckers. The demo will be available until the same time on October 9, 2023.
Alaskan Road Truckers has a PC release date set for October 18, 2023. PC players can wishlist the game now on Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store. A console release will follow for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 in 2023.
