Dragonis Games have released the first major update, 0.7 Abyssal Temple, adds a new map to their Early Access Lovecraftian co-op horror title, Eresys.
This patch brings a fresh and horrifying new map, The Abyssal Temple, to Eresys. While familiar, the new map is designed to challenge both new and veteran players. A relentless new antagonist, the Abyssal One, evolves in real-time based on choices and actions made by the player.
To further enhance gameplay, the update introduces several new features. In the Council Temple, players will find a new NPC guide to help begin their Abyssal mission. A revamped UI objective tracker offers better in-game direction. New collectibles, achievements, and a quality of life addition, a chest filled with resources, are available in both the original Sentinel Island map and the Abyssal Temple map.
Eresys Early Access Details
Since the Early Access release of Eresys, the developers have been committed to added more features, monsters, and content. In the coming weeks players can expect quick patches to address any bugs and balancing issues. The development team is now working on the next major game addition, a new map called Inssmouth, with more details to come in the future. Feedback from players is welcomed via the developer’s Discord in the dedicated Eresys chat sections.
Eresys is now available in Early Access on Windows PC via Steam for $8.99 / €8.79.
