Toplitz Productions and developer Bitfall Studios have released a Halloween Update that adds a Creative Mode for their Early Access card deck city builder game, TerraScape.
Halloween themed spooky treats have arrived in TerraScape. Players will notice pumpkins and witches during their gameplay throughout the Halloween holiday. A special Halloween banner is also available for those who unlock this spooky emblem.
The much requested Creative Mode has arrived. Players now have an endless canvas in Kingdom mode, free of any win or lose conditions. Use Creative Mode to create stunning masterpiece landscapes.
Card Recycling has been added to enhance the quality of gameplay. Players can use this feature to convert redundant cards into valuable points.
A new Finalize game option allows players to finish a game early while turning all open moves and remaining cards into points. Other update features include a range of new banner items, a new fishing boat variant, new unlockable content, UI improvements, performance improvements, and bugfixes.
Since TerraScape‘s Early Access launch this past April, the game has seen a number of content updates including the Foundation Update, Summer Update, and Meta Update. These updates included a range of features such as co-op gameplay, new decks, new buildings, visual enhancements, and new puzzles. All of these features are a part of the game’s Early Access roadmap. The next update is The Growth Update which will be the game’s last major content update and plans to include more decks, multiple biomes, more maps, and stability improvements.
TerraScape Availability
TerraScape is available in Early Access on Windows PC via Humble Bundle, Steam, and GOG for $12.99. The game is currently on sale with a 25% discount on Steam until November 2, 2023.
