Zordix Publishing and Polish developer Rock Square Thunder announced an early October PC and Nintendo Switch release date for their charming story-driven puzzle platformer The Lightbringer. With the release dat announcement comes a free demo on Nintendo Switch and a brand new gameplay trailer.

Fully voiced and in verse The Lightbringer features a heartfelt sibling story. Gameplay combines a mix of fun platforming and light combat reminiscent of old-school adventures. Broken up into bite-sized levels the world is full of challenges and collectibles for those eager to explore.

In the semi-isometric environments, players will need to solve creative puzzles with the aid of their trusty boomerang to continue onward. With a beautiful world claimed by a vile corruption, can a brother with aid of his sister’s spirt cleanse the corruption and ultimately become The Lightbringer?

The Lightbringer will release on October 7, 2021 on Windows PC through Steam and on Nintendo Switch. A demo was previously made available on Steam for PC and is now available for Nintendo Switch. Players can add the game now to their wishlist and get notified when it becomes available on Steam.
