Quantum League Traveled in Time for Early Access

The time has finally arrived for Nimble Giant Entertainment’s time-paradox multiplayer shooter, Quantum League, to leap into early access on Steam. This is the studio’s first major release since its rebranding and launch of Master of Orion.

As an original IP from the indie developer, Quantum League features an innovative time-paradox mechanic where players battle against other players inside of a time loop. Each round for the online FPS, players are able to team up with their past selves in 1v1 and 2v2 matches.

All of the arena battles take place in an alternate universe where after the discovery of time travel all of the rules for professional sports entertainment were completely rewritten. After the huge open beta last February, early access launches with new features, content, improvements, ranked matches, new maps, night mode, and weapon improvements. Plus there is the all new Quantum Academy.

With Quantum League we tried something unique: adding time travel to an online first person shooter. In the game, beating your opponents is all about thinking one step ahead, utilizing your time-clones with keen strategies in fast dynamic competitive matches. It’s going to be interesting to see how players adapt to going back in time to try and influence the future outcome.

Quantum League is available on PC as an early access game on Steam for $19.99 USD. Until June 2, 2020 there will be a 15% discount for the game bringing the price down to $16.99 USD.
