Publisher Curve Games and indie developer Microbird is about to release new demo for Dungeons of Hinterberg that explores the Glacier Overworld.
The new demo features a full day cycle beginning on Day 7, where players can explore the Glacier Overworld known as Kolmstein. With a gravity-defying dungeon, the area includes solvable puzzles and monsters to slay using an assortment of magical skills. When the end of the day nears, return to the touristy village of Hinterberg and hangout with the locals.
Book a slaycation on June 8, 2024, ahead of Steam Next Fest and check out the demo for the Austrian Alps-based social sim.
Gameplay blends hack’n’slash RPG action, puzzle solving, and social elements together to create a single player experience that culminates in battles against creatures from Alpine mythology. Traverse dungeons, slay monsters, and forge friendships with those in town when not exploring the various tourist attractions.
This past February, a trailer was released the highlighted a swamp area known as Brünnelsumpf. Inspired by the boggy marshlands of Austria, this area is one of four distinct overworlds in the game.
