Wobbledogs Free Desert Patch, Steam Winter Sale 75% Discount

Publisher Secret Mode and indie developer Animal Uprising have released a free Desert Object Pack update for their casually cute and wacky family-friendly 3D pet sim Wobbledogs. Plus the game is on sale during the Steam Winter Sale event.

Get ready to send the dogs to the dunes in the new Desert Object Pack patch. Winter may be here, but the time for some fun in the sun is now with a scorching hot array of new items.

Cactus Fruit joins the list of flora available in game. To dispense this fruit players can click on or bite the Prickly Pear.

Three new toys join the ever growing pet toy collection: Petroglyph, Tumbleweed, and Hiking Boot.

To create the perfect desert look and feel a range of new wallpapers, carpets, and placeable objects are included in the pack. In total there are six new wallpapers and carpets: Sandy Desert Floor, Desert Road Carpet, Desert Oasis Carpet, Sand Dunes Wallpaper, Desert Oasis Wallpaper, and Desert Sunset Wallpaper.

Players can place 14 new desert-themed items in the pack. These new placeable objects include: Wagon Wheel, Scrap Metal Sculpture, Palm Tree, Joshua Tree, Saguaro, Barrel Cactus, Aloe Vera, Cool Rock Formation, Cairn, Crowded Signpost, Interstate Sign, Half-Buried Skull, Gas Pump, and Prickly Pear which dispenses the Cactus Fruit item.

Wobbledogs Availability

The Wobbledogs Desert Object Pack update is currently available for free on PC and Mac.

Wobbledogs is available on Windows and Mac for PC via Humble Bundle and Steam for $19.99 / £15.99 / €19.99. The Wobbledogs Console Edition is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One for $19.99 / £15.99 / €19.99. A Wobbledogs OST is available for $4.99 as a separate DLC.

A 75% discount is available on Steam during the Steam Winter Sale event that runs until January 4, 2024.

Animal Uprising

Animal Uprising is an indie game developer based in Los Angeles, California. The studio is the brainchild of Tom Astle who previously worked as a Gameplay Engineer on The Sims 4. Currently the developer is busy working on Wobbledogs.
