Untold Tales and Polish developer Purple Ray Studio have set a mid-September release date for the cooperative 3D platformer, Boti: Byteland Overclocked.
Set in a world of bits and bytes, Boti: Byteland Overclocked takes players on a light-hearted robot adventure. Chat with robot friends and help them out by collecting hidden items. To find these hidden items, players will have to explore the far corners of futuristic levels in the beautiful and colorful gamer world.
Play as Boti and take on old-school 3D platforming challenges. All of the classic moves such as double jump, dash, hover, and glide are available while exploring the vibrant world.
Use the power of magnetism to tackle challenging puzzles or move blocks to create platforms for movement. Musical slides offer a means to hit the right notes and compose musical crescendos.
Boti is joined by One and Zero, his two floating binary robot friends, during the adventure. Players can play solo or team-up with a friend in co-op mode. Gameplay can seamlessly shift between solo and duo play by adapting to the binary rhythm of two-player camaraderie or reverting to a solo campaign.
Ahead of the Boti: Byteland Overclocked release date, players can check out the Boti: Byteland Overclocked – Prologue on Steam. The free to play Prologue is available to all and gives players access to the tutorial and the first level. Co-op mode is also available.
Gamescom attendees can check out Boti: Byteland Overclocked later this month. The game can be found at the Poland Booth (B2B) or at the Home of Indies in the consumer area.

The PC release date for Boti: Byteland Overclocked is set for September 15, 2023, on Steam for $19.99. A limited time 20% off discount will be available at launch. Console versions are to follow in early 2024.
