Games Incubator and PlayWay are getting ready for the Q1 2022 Steam release of the pet shelter management simulator Animal Shelter. Steam playtests are underway and now gamers have a chance to help out some lucky real world animal shelters.
Currently playtests for Animal Shelter are underway. The game is in its final development phase with an almost complete product. Animal Shelter is currently planned for Q1 2022 release. Players who wish to help out can request access for the playtest on the game’s Steam page. Note that access is randomly granted and not guaranteed.
With the first quarter 2022 release on the horizon, Games Incubator has decided to aid real world animal shelters from around the world. The plan is to make a donation of $2,000 for five shelters of the community’s choice.
Starting on December 25, 2021 and until January 9, 2022 members of the Animal Shelter community can submit the shelter of their choosing on the Steam community page. Players will cast their votes with the ten highest count shelters being selected after which the community will then choose five to receive the donation. All of the submitted shelters will be contacted and verified by the game’s development team. More information about the this campaign and how to submit a shelter can be found here.
Animal Shelter is coming to Windows PC in Q1 2022 through Steam. Players can also wishlist and follow the game now on Steam. The Animal Shelter: Prologue is free to try on Steam for players to see some of the game’s mechanics and gameplay before the full version release.
