Swedish indie publisher Raw Fury and developer Stumpy Squid have set a release date for the upcoming Kingdom Two Crowns: Norse Lands DLC. Available in mid-November this will be the first premium DLC for the Kingdom franchise. In addition the 2D pixel adventure game Kingdom Two Crowns will expand on PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
Taking heavy cues from Norse culture and mythology, Kingdom Two Crowns: Norse Lands is a brand new full campaign. Expanding upon the Kingdom Two Crowns‘ world players will see a new setting with unique challenges. Besides establishing and defending a kingdom, as players explore and conquer the world they will draw upon abilities from the Norse gods.
Sitting atop mighty Norse steeds players can build Viking-inspired armaments and command various powerful units such as the mighty Berserker. To reflect the harsh north new weather effects will offer both beauty and the brutal cold of the Nordic lands. A new and powerful enemy awaits those who can solve the challenging puzzles that lie before them.
Kingdom Two Crowns: Norse Lands DLC has a planned November 16, 2021, release date and will be available on PC through Steam. The DLC will require the base game Kingdom Two Crowns which is available for $19.99 USD on Steam. A free demo of Kingdom Two Crowns: Norse Lands is currently available on Steam for Windows PC. The publisher in 2019 founded the Zagreb, Croatia based Fury Studios which now has nearly twenty employees working on multiple projects that include West of Dead and the Kingdom franchise.
