Bloodhunt Coming to PS5 Later This Year

Sharkmob announced that Bloodhunt, their debut vampire early access battle royale title, is heading to PS5 later this year. Set in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe, both the PC and PS5 versions were developed alongside each other.

We’re very proud to be announcing that our first game will be coming to PS5 this year! We’ve been developing the PS5 version alongside the PC version and it’s been great working with Sony on this.

The PC version of Bloodhunt entered early access release on September 7, 2021 empowering players with the supernatural. Taking to the back-alleys and rooftops of Prague, the game offers a unique vertical gameplay element for players as they traverse the city. Successful city navigation, feeding to gain powers, and preserving the Masquerade are key for survival. Players, in third person, can play solo or in group matched teams of three with with up to 45 players per match.

Early access takes place over two acts. New playable areas in Prague are unlocked with new challenges and lore progression. A Founder’s Battle Pass is available in game for 950 tokens or 2400 tokens for those who wish to skip 20 tiers. Players are able to progress through 20 tiers of free qualitative rewards with up to 100 tiers of rewards in the paid Battle Pass. Rewards include various cosmetic items such as tattoos, outfits, makeup, piercings, and avatars or other items such as tokens and XP boosts.
