Hyperstacks VR Action Puzzle Platformer Later this Year

Independent VR game developer Squirrel Bytes is working hard on their first VR platformer Hyperstacks ahead of its Q2 2021 early access release. Featured as an action-puzzle platformer the game also comes with a powerful level editor. With the easy to sue editor, one can complex systems and logic with unique behaviors for unique levels.

When the game releases into early access, players can expect to see constant development with new content and improved visuals. The early access phase is expected to last a year.

A VR headset is required to play Hyperstacks that allows for movement in any direction including up and down. This will allow speed runners to show off their VR skills.

Combat consists of both ranged and melee battles. Enemies can be crushed in any style that fits the player. Multiplayer support, when implemented in Q1 2021, will let friends work together or face off against each other. One can compete against other player’s ghosts or build a level together.

Community based focus is a core component of Hypserstacks. From community ideas to monthly-featured levels the developers wants to focus on the community. In addition there will be Discord events, contests for everything, cosmetics can be won by getting upvoted level designs, and unique creations from other community members will be available to play.
