Kasedo Games and SomaSim has released a developer gameplay walkthrough trailer for their upcoming business tycoon sim, Rise of Industry 2. This sequel to their hit indie title, Rise of Industry, will be coming this summer to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, and a demo is planned for Steam Next Fest.
The Rise of Industry 2 developer walkthrough gameplay video showcases a variety of new and returning features. Become the ultimate 1980s business industrialist by making strategic manufacturing decisions, optimizing production chains, acquiring technologies, and expanding the global business network via key contacts. From dealing with investors to hiring staff and buying land, there are plenty of opportunities for daring business moguls.
PC players will have a chance to get a hands-on experience when Rise of Industry 2 drops a playable demo for Steam Next Fest later this month. The demo will include the game’s tutorial and an all-new campaign mode with a scenario based in Cleveland, USA. In the scenario, players will have the choice of starting our making carbon steel or glass. Buy raw materials, start a self-sustainable mining complex, or creature a combo of the two to maximize profits in the scenario.
Rise of Industry 2 Availability
Rise of Industry 2 has a planned release date set for Q2 2025. The game will be coming to PC via Steam and Epic Games Store as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S for consoles. Interested players can wishlist the game now on their desired platform. Steam users can request access to join the Rise of Industry 2 Playtest where they will get a notification when the developer is ready for more participants.
The first title in the franchise, Rise of Industry, was developed by Dapper Penguin Studios and released on May 2, 2019 on Steam. Later the title appeared on the Epic Games Store.
