Green Man Gaming Publishing, Movie Games S.A. and developer Road Studio have released a gameplay trailer for Alaskan Road Truckers. An extended cut of the gameplay video revealed this past weekend at The Future Games Show is also available showing even more gameplay footage.
Previously known as Alaskan Truck Simulator, the trucking title rebranded itself as Alaskan Road Truckers this past May. The title rename came about because players are more than just a truck. Playing as a trucker, gameplay is focused on life both inside and outside of one’s rig.
Deliver cargo, drive a truck in the Alaskan wilderness, handle dangers of the open road, and build a successful business. The new Alaskan Road Truckers gameplay trailer showcases what life is like to manage a trucking business in Alaska.
Drive across the state of Alaska with dynamic weather and unpredictable road conditions. Become a trucking legend behind the while of a big rig by getting cargo to destinations on time. Pick a route across diverse roads, expand the fleet and customize trucks, take on different jobs featuring a variety of cargo, and hit the road.
Clean hands meet dirt. With in-depth truck maintenance, players will have to monitor their truck, stock up on supplies, and ensure they are road ready for the next haul. Essentials and fuel can be purchased at stores and fuel stations.
Alaska is still a wild frontier. Take time to leave the cab and soak up the scenic landscape. However, don’t fall victim to it either. Players will need to manage hunger, fatigue, and the cold. When planning routes, players want to have the best equipment for the job to ensure they can make delivery on time and survive against various dangers like avalanches and fallen trees.

Alaskan Road Truckers is coming to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 in fall 2023. PC players can wishlist the game now on Steam.
