Team17 and developer Stormind Games have have released their isometric story-driven action-RPG, Batora: Lost Haven, on PC and consoles. For a limited time there is a 20% launch discount plus a Nintendo Switch release is coming later this fall.
The twin-stick shooter and hack ‘n’ slash hybrid features intricate puzzles and a branching narrative. Following Avril, humanity’s final hope after the Earth’s destruction, players will travel across the galaxy while harnessing the powers of Sun and Moon. These two mystical entities and protectors of the planet aid Avril in her attempt to undo the cataclysmic event that destroyed Earth and restore her lost haven.
Uncover the secrets of the galaxy. Explore the colorful and diverse alien worlds done with hand-painted visuals that take inspiration from 1950s retro science fiction. Overcome environmental challenges, solve intricate puzzles, and defeat powerful foes by using the dual Sun and Moon powers.
With multiple endings, players will be able to decide the fates of both the universe and those who live in it. Players will want to consider their actions as they venture across the cosmos in this interplanetary tale. Batora: Lost Haven is available now on PC via Steam for $24.99/£19.99/€24.99. The game is also available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 via the PlayStation Store, and on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S via Microsoft for $24.99/£19.99/€24.99.
