Family is the focus of the Heir Update for the 3D medieval survival RPG Medieval Dynasty from Toplitz Productions and developer Render Cube. This update that focuses on family life also brings a 30% Steam discount until August 15, 2022.
Extensive mission lines and new items help expand the family focus in terms of narrative and content. For example toys help keep children entertained while offering new levels of immersion into the medieval world. Family quests, numerous descendant personality forms, family small talk, and heir ceremonial special event add new depth even for game veterans.
Fast travel helps players get around villages via Waggoners. A new building Donkey Shelter, is available early on in village development. Teenagers can be assigned as apprentices. Six new quest NPCs are available to be added to the village. New statuses indicate the number of unhappy inhabitants, production stoppages, and trading problems.
