Thunderful and developer Tag of Joy today released their mystery adventure game Crowns And Pawns: Kingdom of Deceit on PC. Available on Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG, the mystery blends hand-painted scenery and investigative story with loads of secrets.
Starting as a personal story about Milda who is traveling to the home of her deceased Lithuanian grandfather, the story quickly unravels into a web of enigmatic danger. The reason for the journey began with a mysterious letter. Now Milda finds herself in Eastern Europe investigating her family’s history, a lost relic, a legendary Lithuanian royal, and KGB schemes from the Soviet era.
A variety of mysteries and puzzles await for Milda to solve. Classic item puzzles, enigmatic anonymous messages, and logic-testing conundrums are some of the challenges player will encounter. In some cases players might even have to change her outfit including clothes and hairstyle. Players can also adjust her appearance for fun.

Adventure game veteran Denny Delk,, Murray from Return To Monkey Island, and Matthew Curtis, Harper Pendrel from Unforeseen Incidents, both join Yvette.
