Indie publisher Pineapple Works and developer BeardedBrothers.games have kicked the tires on Biker Garage: Mechanic Simulator with the game’s Nintendo Switch release. Available in digital only, Switch players can join in on the fun their fellow PC gamers have had in buying used motorcycles and restoring them for profit.
If being an ace motorcycle mechanic has ever been one’s dream then Biker Garage: Mechanic Simulator will be the place to live it. From starting off in a small home workshop to growing into a full-blown custom shop there is a little bit of everything for the motorcycle mechanic enthusiast. As and added bonus those who can satisfy their customers will earn their repeat business.
Gameplay begins in a small home workshop. As players cover the basics in repair jobs they will grow their services and unlock new features including: auction system, drag racing, and advanced repair skills. Players can also test bikes on a quarter-mile track to improve their performance with fine-tuning.
Clients will request customizations. There are also opportunities for players to create their own custom dream bike. To get bikes players will need to buy them or find them at the junkyard. With fifteen different motorcycle type and hundred of different parts the gameplay is nearly endless as players expand their garage and customize their motorcycles.
Biker Garage: Mechanic Simulator is available digitally on Nintendo Switch from the Nintendo eShop for $24.99 USD. The game was released in November 2019 on Windows PC and is available through Humble Bundle and Steam for $24.99 USD. Xbox and PlayStation versions are planned with a yet to be announced release schedule.
