Render Cube and Toplitz Productions released the 1.0 PC launch of their 3D medieval survival RPG Medieval Dynasty. Players are invited to come and begin a new life in medieval times as they work to build a legacy in this open-world life-sim.
Starting as a young drifter whose parents died during war, players will need to survive on their own as they build a new life. Set in a gorgeous medieval landscape players will go beyond scavenging for food and fighting the wildlife to settling a village and establish a dynasty that will last the ages.
Heading into the 1.0 release launch of Medieval Dynasty the game had already seen much commercial success in early access. During the early access development there were several major content updates and the title amassed over 18,000 Steam reviews with a 91% positive rating. Countless Let’s Play videos have been produced by the game’s fanbase and numerous times the game has been streamed on major streaming platforms. With the release comes another major content update that introduces a new herbalism system and the threat of bandits.
Featuring state-of-the-art graphics, Medieval Dynasty offers full four seasons with day and night cycles along with realistic weather conditions. The environment is fully interactive with trees to cut, fruit to pick, stones to collect, caves to explore and so much more. Wildlife offers realistic interactions with a wide range of animals including wolves, wild boars, deer, and rabbits.
Several different building with various levels offer different opportunities. From simple hay shacks to full blown stone mansions for the wealthy. Over 60 pieces of equipment can be crafted that include weapons, tools, furniture, and clothing. A complete trading system allows for the buying and selling of goods across the whole map.
Every activity will impact the food, water, health, and endurance status of the player. A detailed skill tree allows for individual development. The dynasty reputation system triggers events with the king while various unique events and decisions will have direct impact on gameplay. Ultimately the player and their actions will determine if their dynasty lasts.
