FuturLab and nDreams have announced that PowerWash Simulator VR will be cleaning the grime off objects this November on the Meta Quest. Starting today, would-be VR washers can pre-order the title from the Meta Quest store.
The VR version of PowerWash Simulator was first announced this past June during the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase. All of the base game content seen in both the PC and console versions will be available in the VR version of the popular power washing sim title.
We’ve dreamt of bringing PowerWash Simulator to VR since its conception and are so excited to finally announce a release date. Soon players will be able experience Muckingham from a whole new angle by reaching, crouching, and getting up close and personal with dirt. With assistance from nDreams, we’re thrilled to be able to carve out this virtual space for our community to relax, wash away their worries, or just kick back with friends.
Kirsty Rigden, Co-CEO of FuturLab
New features exclusive to the VR version increase the immersion and interactivity of the cleaning experience. With precise 1:1 motion control delivered via the Quest Touch controllers, players have 360-degree access when blasting away the grime off objects in the town on Muckingham.
FuturLab have done an amazing job bringing the soothing joy of PowerWash Simulator to VR. The support and excitement for this game from both the VR community and PowerWash fans has been incredible, and we’re excited to let them run amuck in VR in just under a month’s time.
David Corless, VP of Publishing at nDreams
Players can also pick out the perfect outfit and the right equipment from the PowerWash van adding a more immersive experience. Change out nozzles midway through the job using the all-new tool belt. With the VR-specific features, blasting away grime in this super soothing simulator will feel super satisfying.
