PlayWay Games and Polish indie developer DreamWay Games have released the virtual coffee shop simulation game Espresso Tycoon on PC. After two and a half years of work, the coffee shop is stocked and ready for business.
Using an intricate isometric perspective, the game replicates the captivating coffee shop atmosphere for an immersive experience. From the detailed graphics to the gameplay experience, the vibrant world of the coffee business is brought to life in game.
Players are encouraged to unleash their creativity using the extensive in-game customization options. Design and personalize coffee shops from the floors to the walls with a large degree of freedom. Almost every element inside the shop can be customized immersing players in the day-to-day business operations.
We wanted to craft a game that offers players a different flavor in the tycoon genre. Espresso Tycoon integrates all aspects of running a coffee shop, from creating coffee recipes using the unique 3D Coffee Editor to managing employees and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The game’s mechanics incorporate inventory management, staff training, pricing strategies, and feedback responsiveness to reflect the real-world coffee shop experience.
Besides the linear gameplay mode, a Sandbox mode is available. In this mode, players can choose from ten different settings and customize their gameplay parameters. This setting allows for an open-ended gaming experience catered to a player’s own preferences.
During the beta testing phase of the game’s development, early feedback for the game was strongly positive. The Espresso Tycoon Prologue had more than 500 reviews with over 90% of them being positive. Feedback from the gaming community played a vital role in shaping the game and will continue to influence future updates and expansions.

Espresso Tycoon is available on Windows PC via Steam for $19.99. A 10% launch week discount is available until June 14, 2023. At press time, the Espresso Tycoon demo is available on the game’s Steam page.
