Independent game developer Tactical Adventures have released the Inner Strength paid DLC for their team-based tactical fantasy CRPG Solasta: Crown of the Magister. The new DLC unlocks the Warlock, Bard, and Monk classes for the award-winning title that is available now on PC and Xbox.
The Inner Strength DLC adds the Warlock, Monk and Bard classes plus nine new subclasses. Players who previously purchased the Lost Valley DLC will also receive three additional subclasses.
Finally the Dragonborn have arrived. This new race sees a +2 Strength, +1 Charisma, Damage Resistance, and a Breath Weapon linked to their Draconic Ancestry. For example a Gold Dragon grants resistance to Fire and a Fire Breath.
With the Inner Strength DLC release also comes a free content update for all. In the update players will find 17 new Feats, gamepad support, and Dungeon Maker improvements. Plus there are three backgrounds: The Ascetic, The Artist, and The Occultist. General game improvements and bug fixes are also included in the Inner Strength patch release. A more complete list of changes can be found here.
Holding true to its tabletop adventure roots, Solasta: Crown of the Magister uses the Dungeons & Dragons SRD 5.1 content and rules. Granted by Wizards of the Coast, Tactical Adventures utilizes a license for their title creating a faithful adaptation of the notable tabletop ruleset.
