Simutronics is hosting another free open beta test, Beta 12, for their upcoming mech hero shooter GALAHAD 3093. Beta 12 takes place on Steam and comes after several prior beta tests that have expanded and improved upon the gameplay experience where players choose a Knight and pilot a customizable Lance is epic battles.
This beta round features what is called Skins 2.0. The all new skins system has customizable patterns, color tinting, and nose are decals. Players can now adjust their Lance loadouts outside of a match and practice against bots offline.
SFG Heavy Industries is a new two-base map that players will fight for control. The map divides teams with a giant ridge which players can traverse by vaulting over it or by exploring the factory built inside.
New module icons with full color have been introduced. Player’s ears will be delighted to hear new music for the Main menu and Pre-Match phase. A kill cam is now available for players after they are killed. Players can drop an emote and their victims can see it and have a chance to admire one’s skin. This update also features a wide range of balancing changes. Patch notes for Beta 12 are available in the game’s Discord.
The GALAHAD 3093 Beta 12 started on Friday, February 11, 2022, at 6 PM EST. Players can access the beta by visiting the game’s Steam page and click Request Access. During this 10 day period players can play the beta for free on PC. Beta 12 officially runs until 9 AM EST on Monday, February 21, 2022.
