All in! Games and indie Polish developer The Farm 51 announced that the sci-fi survival horror RPG Chernobylite is heading to PS4 and Xbox One this July. This announcement brings big news to current early access PC players as well with The Final Stage pre-launch mega patch ahead of the July early access exit.
Currently in early access on PC, players can enjoy the new The Final Stage pre-launch mega patch which brings significant changes to the open world storyline, dialogue, localization, soundtrack, and the concluding level to Chernobylite. In addition a brand-new gameplay trailer is available for viewing.
The Final Stage patch has a thoroughly rewritten storyline for the entire game. This is to ensure that the mystery of the game is one that players will remember. Player immersion has seen significant improvements with all new voiceovers in both Russian and English. Localization for several major languages is now complete that includes simplified Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian, and Spanish.
A brand new and original soundtrack by award-winning composer Mikolaj Stroinski has been added. The new soundtrack further enhances ambiance of the world environment. Those who purchase the game during early access, as previous announced by the developer The Farm 51, will also receive all future post-launch DLCs for free. Additionally Chernobylite is benefiting from a 20% discount on Steam until April 30, 2021. The game will officially launch in July 2021 with Chernobylite being available on both the PS4 and Xbox One.
