Developer RuneHeads and publisher 1C Entertainment has plugged into Early Access their latest title, Conglomerate 451, a cyberpunk dungeon-crawler.
Conglomerate 451 is set in a city overrun with corruption. Players assemble a squad of cloned agents to restore order to sector 451. By altering the agents DNA and installing various neural implants and cybernetics players can begin to fight back. Also, hacking everything around them, even in mid-conflict will give help.
Key features of Conglomerate 451 include a classic dungeon crawling experience where players face their enemies in a cyberpunk turn-based first-person RPG setting. Each dungeon is procedurally generated along with missions. Choosing the best strategy, utilizing weak points, and making the most out of a agents skills will lead to victory.
A personal R&D department allows players to research advanced technology unlocking more powerful options and progression. Various cyber implants can upgrade different skills in addition to weapon and armor upgrades.
Agents who die in battle will lose all their progress. Even more so agents who are injured in battle will see lasting impacts from their injuries that can lead into permanent disadvantages.
Conglomerate 451 is now available on Steam Early Access for $15.99 USD. A full launch is planned for later in 2019.
