Publisher astragon Entertainment and German developer Aesir Interactive have announced that the Police Simulator: Patrol Officers Nintendo Switch Edition is coming this October. The hit police officer simulation game is taking pre-orders for both the physical and digital editions.
Current players and newcomers alike will be able to hit the beat on the streets of Brighton to maintain law and order on the Nintendo Switch. Choose from one of eight different characters and tackle the challenging tasks that await while patrolling the fictional city.
Climb the career ladder by handing out parking tickets as a rookie on foot patrol. Earn access to a patrol car and chase down speeders and investigate accidents. With more experience comes more responsibility to take down more hardened criminals in the form of pickpockets, drug traffickers, and other major crimes.
Gameplay unlocks new interactions, vehicles, and precincts. A special game system evaluates the behavior of players and rewards them with new unlocked content. Misbehavior can lead to a dismissal from the police force. The Nintendo Switch Edition enables players to go on patrol in online co-op mode with two players.
Police Simulator: Patrol Officers Availability
The Police Simulator: Patrol Officers Nintendo Switch Edition and Nintendo Switch Extended Edition will officially launch on October 29, 2024 for $29.99 / €29.99 and $34.99 / €34.99. In the Extended Edition, owners will find the main game and the Garage Bundle which includes six additional vehicles.
Pre-orders are available in the Nintendo eShop at a 10% discount and will also receive the Interstate Police Vehicle DLC for free. Retail versions permanently include the Interstate Police Vehicle DLC.
Police Simulator: Patrol Officers is currently available on Windows PC through Humble Bundle and Steam for $29.99 / £24.99 / €29.99. Console versions of Police Simulator: Patrol Officers are available digitally on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 and on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S for $39.99 / £34.99 / €39.99. Physical copies are available for both PlayStation and Xbox at popular retailers.
