Have a Nice Death Out Now on Xbox Game Pass

Publisher Arc Games and developer Magic Design Studios have announced that their darkly charming 2D action roguelike game, Have a Nice Death, is now available on Xbox Game Pass.

Death is overworked. His employees are taking advantage of the situation and have gone on a rampage. These actions of Death’s minions are upsetting the balance of souls, not to mention his vacation plans. Restoration of order is top priority. Through the use of Death’s iconic scythe, players will help teach these employees who is the boss.

Use Death’s scythe to hack’n’slash a path through rebellious employees in fast-paced roguelike 2D action. Gameplay takes players through darkly-charming procedurally-generated departments of Death Inc. as they restore the natural order. Unlock interesting items. Progress the story and fully embrace the company culture of Death Incorporated.

As Magic Design Studios’ second major title, Have a Nice Death was one of 2023’s must play video games. In the period from the game’s release in March 2023, to the end October that same year, over 7400 Steam players had reviewed the game with 85% of the reviews being positive. Currently the game has over 8300 Steam reviews with 86% of them being positive for a ‘Very Positive’ Steam rating.
