Toronto independent developer Drinkbox Studios today released the Frozen Hearth DLC for the action RPG Nobody Saves the World. Today’s DLC release adds a forgotten underground region deep below the world’s crust along with a series of new challenges, puzzles, forms, and mini-golf.
Previously announced at IGN’s Awesome Indies Showcase during gamescom 2022, the new DLC introduces two new forms: Killer Bee and Mechanic. Each form has their own new quests and abilities. The Mechanic has a turret-building ability whereas the Killer Bee form is small and deadly.
An entirely new area is ready for exploration. The forgotten region beneath the world’s surface has new friends and rivals waiting for players. In this area warriors compete for riches and glory in The Tempering. This event features a series of new challenges and puzzles that pushes a player’s skills and creativity to their limits.
As seen in the main game, the entire DLC can be played in both local and online co-op. Plus there is a cool-sounding mini-golf experience included.

The limited run 2x LP colored vinyl set features the Nobody Saves the World original soundtrack composed by Canadian singer-songwriter Jim Guthrie. In addition to the complete soundtrack, the set with feature art from Drinkbox art director Augusto Quijano.
