Tomas Sala and Wired Productions have taken to the skies with the launch of The Falconeer on PC and Xbox family of devices. The visionary work of Sala features over 12 hours of gameplay and is a unique launch title for Microsoft’s Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
The game combines classic air combat with an ocean-world fantasy RPG story takes place above The Great Ursee, a mystical world with corruption-filled oceans. Players act as “Falconeer” who in third person, soar in skies on their armed aerial mounts. Every single Falconeer is an agile warrior with powerful ranged weapons.
Creating the Falconeer has been a journey years in the making for me; it’s such a deeply personal game and I can’t wait for players to pick this up. Whether it’s on PC or Xbox, please take some time to enjoy the world of The Great Ursee and everything it has to offer, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.

Four factions dominate the world. The Northern Imperium is the great power with the Imperial throne commanding the Northern Ursee through nobility, subterfuge and manipulation. The Mancer Order are master scholars of The Order and control access to technology while guiding all progress towards an unknown goal called The Path.
The Civilian Freehouses are an independent and loosely aligned group of communities united in defense of local trade who are also subject to both the Imperium and Mancer Order. The Freebooter Rebellion is a group comprised of those who were once banished that now have returned with ancient knowledge to create carnage for those who have wronged them.
Players decide their role in the story. Will one choose to fight for a noble cause or live the life of a rogue? Each player will have their own unique experience as they set out and explore the bleak, yet beautiful world. Full of wondrous locations and war.
The Falconeer is available on Steam for PC and the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S for $29.99 USD. A Digital Deluxe version is available for PC that includes the soundtrack and game guide is also available on Steam. Day One Edition’s of the game for the Xbox family of devices are available for $39.99 USD. Tomas Sala is an independent game artist and designer based in The Netherlands. He is also the co-founder of the game studio Little Chicken Game Company. Gamers best know him for his Skyrim Mod series Moonpath to Elsweyr. Previously he has used his unique visual art style on titles such as Rekt, SXPD, and TrackLab.
