Baptiste Miny who runs a solo development studio, has announced The Blind Prophet, his own personal project will launch a Kickstarter campaign in mid January 2019.
The traditional point and click game features ethical choices that drive the narration and storyline about philosophy, redemption, and moral struggle. Many charismatic characters, ready for interaction and dialog, fill the world, along with mind-bending puzzles.
The game has a dark cyberpunk look that features comic art style cinematics and game art.
Players follow the story of Apostle Bartholomeus as he faces terrible and unexpected problems. Answers to many questions including who is the mysterious man trying to block the divine mission and his motivations are explored. A tragically blunt and mature universe lays before the player set to challenge and provoke thought about the importance of existence, good, evil, and sacrifice.
Interested players can sign up for information about the Kickstarter campaign from the games website at theblindprophetgame.com. The Blind Prophet is slated for a PC release and a demo will be released with the Kickstarter. Follow Baptiste Miny on Twitter.
