Armor Games Studios and developer Kyle Thompson have released their up in the sky metroidvania, Islets, on PC and Consoles. Follow Iko on his airship as he travels across a series of disconnected lands.
Iko is a hopeful mouse warrior who sets off on an adventure. Using his rickety airship, Iko will travel to various disconnected islands where he will reconnect the magnetic cores causing the islands to reconnect. New connections are made as the islands reconnect allowing players to go back and uncover new upgrades and new challenges.
The journey will not be easy. Terrifying monsters and ruthless sky pirates inhabit these islands. Iko will not have to face these threats alone. Various charming characters will be met and befriended along the way. There is also a creepy tour guide.
Featuring a visually stunning hand-painted world, Islets, presents players with a game full vivid lands ready for an immersive experience.
Islets is out now on PC from Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG for $19.99. Console versions are available for Xbox One and Nintendo Switch for $19.99. An Xbox Series X|S release is coming at a later date. Visit isletsgame.com for more information.
