Diablo Immortal Mobile Release Date Set for June

A release date has been set for Blizzard Entertainment’s next entry in the Diablo franchise, Diablo Immortal. Over 30 million players have pre-registered to play the MMOARPG game when it hits iOS and Android devices this June. Windows PC Open Beta will also launch on the same day.

Developed by Blizzard Entertainment and NetEase, Diablo Immortal, is launching as a free-to-play game. To celebrate the 30 million players who have pre-registered, all players will receive the Horadrim Cosmetic Set.

Players can enjoy cross-play and cross-progression with the PC as the mobile experience will be launching the PC Open Beta at release. When the PC version leaves beta all progress will be maintained. Besides having the fluid touch controls of mobile devices, the game includes integrated controller support. PC players have access to traditional point-and-click keyboard and mouse functionality and WASD character movement support for the first time in the franchise’s history.

Six iconic classes return: Barbarian, Crusader, Demon Hunter, Monk, Necromancer, and Wizard. All classes have been reimagined for mobile gameplay. Loads of legendary gear and set items await with game-changing affixes and bonuses that will change the playstyle for all classes.

Sanctuary is ready to be explored. Up to eight players can join forces to take on targeted objectives. Players can join Clans that feature up to 150 members where they can earn achievements and participate in server-wide PvP faction conflicts.

PvP takes place in the Cycle of Strife between the Shadows and Immortals. Players pick a faction and fight for glory. The top player of the server earns the Eternal Crown and becomes the leader of the Immortals and will need to defend their reign in a 1v30 showdown against the Shadows.

Diablo Immortal is set to release on June 2, 2022 on iOS and Android devices along with the Windows PC Open Beta. Players in most regions of the world gain immediate access with the free-to-play launch. Asia-Pacific will gain access a few weeks later. Visit diabloimmortal.com for game more details.
