Hirilun 3D Speedrunning Platformer PC Release

Indie game publisher Meridian4 and developer Gone Mad Studios released their first-person 3D speedrunning platformer, Hirilun, on PC. Pronounced Hee-Ri-Lun, the fully released parkour platformer is available digitally on most major digital distribution platforms.

Run, dash, jump, and glide. All of the classic platformer moves are there. To draw players into the action, Hirilun is presented as a highly-stylized neo-noir city. Players must be quick to act with the non-stop running and jumping non-linear exploration of the city.

Throughout each map are various checkpoints that must be hit before reach the goal. Each skill will need to be executed with care and precision as they are limited. Various paths exist on each level and it is up to players to determine the quickest. Along the way are experiences that will make the timer stop for a moment. Not all experiences are worth the detour.

We are eager to launch Hirilun and see the leaderboards filled with players trying to get the best times.

Being the best in the game can land a player on the leaderboards. Daily, Weekly, and All Time leaderboards not only show players how well they stack up against others, but who is also their competition.

I am thrilled that fans all over the world will experience Hirilun and hopefully knock the devs off the leaderboards!

Jeff Giasson, Managing Director of Meridian4

At release the game is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, and Simplified Chinese localizations. The game’s soundtrack is provided by Nemmus Music of Gone Mad Studios. Seven tracks from the Hirilun OST are available on SoundCloud.

Hirilun is available digitally on Windows PC through Humble Bundle, Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, and Fanatical for $9.99 USD. A 20% off release discount is available until March 21, 2022. More information about Hirilun can be found by following @hirilun on Twitter or by visiting the game’s page on the developer’s website here.
