Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic Update #6

Game developer 3DIVISION has released Update #6 for their self-published cold war era city sim and builder, Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic. In this sixth major update for the soviet-themed themed city builder players now have access to airplanes and airports.

Since March 2019 this indie title has released a steady stream of major updates that has expanded the soviet-themed city builder during its early access development. Update #6 is no exception with the addition of the airline industry.

To support the manufacturing of airplanes, players can now build and develop an aluminum mining industry chain. From mining bauxite to making aluminum oxide and making the finished aluminum product, players can then use the final product to produce the lightweight material need for airplane manufacturing.

With airplanes comes airports and travelers to support tourism. Airports have various customization options to give the right feel for one’s ever expanding city. As one develops their tourism industry they will also enjoy the benefits of additional income.

Three new tutorials, new citizen models, cloud saves, workshop support for skins, and new camera controls are just a few of the additional changes in Update #6.
