Indie developer Shifting Tides and publisher Iceberg Interactive have released the puzzle title The Sojourn on Steam with a new Digital Deluxe Edition. Previously the game for PC was an Epic Games Store exclusive alongside the Xbox One and PS4 console releases.
Set in an immersive and vibrant world of colors with light and darkness players set out in first-person to solve puzzles. There are dozens of puzzles spread about parallel worlds. Mysterious artifacts wait to be awaken and challenging obstacles will require careful thought on the striking adventure.
Divided into four chapters, each crafted with their own unique fantasy style and atmosphere, players work to banish the darkness to reveal the challenges The Sojourn has laid before them. Along the solo journey a thought-provoking tale of light, darkness and the nature of reality unfolds.
In the Digital Deluxe Edition available on Steam contains a playable prototype of Equilibrium, as known as The Sojourn, from early development that has never been seen. Players will also receive two PDF artbooks that feature the art, design and screenshots from both titles. The game’s original soundtrack by composer Nemo Ghasemi is also available as a separate DLC and is also available in The Sojourn Gold Bundle that features the base game, the Digital Deluxe Edition and the soundtrack.
The Sojourn is available on Windows PC through Steam, Humble Bundle, GOG, and the Epic Games Store for $24.99 USD for the base game. The Digital Deluxe Edition on Steam is available for $29.98 USD. In addition the game is available on the Xbox One and PS4 consoles. The latest information about The Sojourn can be found on the game’s website at thesojourngame.com or @the_sojourn on Twitter.
