Killing Floor 2: Perilous Plunder Update Trailer | Tripwire Interactive

Killing Floor 2: Perilous Plunder Update

Tripwire Interactive this past Monday sent players out to walk the plank with the Perilous Plunder update for Killing Floor 2. The update was available on Steam for PC and consoles for the PS4 and Xbox One.

In this update the new featured community map Desolation makes its appearance. It supports survival, endless, weekly and V.S. game modes plus optional mini-games. Two new weapons, the HRG Kaboomstick for Demolitionist and the HRG Telauncher for Berserker are now available.

The update couldn’t be named Perilous Plunder without having something to do with pirates. In this case, space pirate themed cosmetics are available. Added to the Summer Slideshow seasonal ticket drops are items that include hats, masks, arm bands, backpacks, helmets, and much more. Five vault stars themed weapon skins have returned. Plus there is the Space Pirate Outfit for male or female that is available for purchase with five additional texture variants including hat and mask accessories.

Don’t forget to check out the brand new Matriarch summer variations and the returning summer zeds as one gets their kill on while cleaning up Horzine’s mess.

Killing Floor 2 is available on Humble Bundle and Steam for PC at a regular price of $29.99 USD. The game is also available on console for PS4 and Xbox One. For more information about Killing Floor 2 visit the game’s website at killingfloor2.com.

Dual Universe PvP Trailer – We Shall Fight | Novaquark

Dual Universe PvP Gameplay Teaser

Novaquark, the indie studio behind the scf-fi MMO Dual Universe, showcased some of the first PvP action from the game. All of this is seen in the new PvP gameplay teaser trailer that features never-before-seen footage.

The trailer emphasizes how PvP within Dual Universe requires both brains and brawn to survive. From ship construction to familiarity with ship maneuverability will be necessary to outplay and overtake foes. Battles feature the lock and fire gameplay mechanic and can feature tiny skirmishes to all out large scale warfare.

With Dual Universe’s PvP, we have tried to do something really unique and innovative, leveraging the potential of our voxel engine, and first-person immersion inside potentially very large ships. Fans will have to rely on both their design and combat skill in order to stake a claim for themselves in battle. It’s all about strategy and planning, teamwork and coordination, just like real life, large-scale naval battles.

Jean-Christophe Baillie, CEO Novaquark

Dual Universe’s beta is expected to launch later in 2020 with the full game arriving in 2021. Players interested in the game or wish to join in the Alpha stage can find more information on the Dual Universe website at dualthegame.com, follow @dualuniverse on Twitter or join the official Dual Universe Discord.

Reventure Release Trailer | Pixelatto

Reventure Heading to F2P on Android

Pixelatto, who released their retro 2D puzzle platformer adventure title Reventure in June 2019 is celebrating the one year release with a F2P Android version.

The game features a unique and innovative approach in a choose your own adventure styled platformer with nonlinear mechanics. Players start the game by taking on the role of a hero and the princess is in danger who must be saved. As the story progresses things gets complicated fast and diverges into something completely different. In other words, the runs are short and many things can happen.

Reventure is currently available on Humble Bundle and Steam for Windows PC at a price of $7.99 USD. The game is also available on the Nintendo Switch, iOS and now on Android through the Google Play store.
