Yes, Your Grace Kingdom Sim Release in March

Inspired by Slavic folklore the kingdom management sim, Yes, Your Grace, is set for an early March 2020 release. The soon to be available on Steam title is being developed by Brave at Night and published by No More Robots.

In Yes, Your Grace, players follow the tale of a pixel art medieval kingdom and the royals who live there. As King of the land, players are tasked with the duties and responsibilities of running their kingdom. Naturally this involves talking with the villagers, handling their various problems whether it be various monsters attacking the villager or a lack of places to kick back, relax and maybe have an ale.

Players are tasked with listening to the various interesting and highly determined petitioners each turn and then decided who actually needs support from the throne. Royal family members will need aid with their personal problems and need direction as the King leads their fate. Generals, witches, and hunters can be hired to aid in the effort to run the kingdom. Alliances can help satisfy the various impulses and urges of the other lords and kings.

It has been a long journey for Yes, Your Grace. Starting off as a successfully backed Kickstarter project in November of 2014 turned into an eventual mess. Over time a series of updates to the page, let backers and other interested members get an idea of how badly a game development project can go. From staff moving on, to various issues with unnamed business partners and legal issues consumed the game’s development. Eventually all these issues were resolved. Along with a new publisher and a lot of hard work from the developer, what seemed like a dead project was resurrected and now is headed for release.

Yes, Your Grace is heading to a March 6, 2020 release on Steam. Regularly priced at $19.99 USD the game will be available for Windows PC. Interested players can wishlist the game now on Steam.
