Goat of Duty Closed Beta

Developer 34BigThings and publisher Raise Games have announced their new fast-paced multiplayer shooter Goat of Duty along with some Closed Beta details.

Goat of Duty has been inspired by classics like Quake and Unreal Tournament with an obvious pun on a very popular FPS franchise name. The game contains uber-trained cute, but deadly goats in a horn-locked deathmatch of silly violence. In other words these goats will beat the bleat out of you.

Goat of Duty Teaser Trailer

Some of the key features in Goat of Duty, besides goats, includes fast-paced gameplay where goats get to show off their fast and nimble skills along with their ability to climb. The game brings the old-school no-nonsense shooter back with a player and theirs skills against all enemies. Each deathmatch features 2 to 10 goats.

In addition keeping with the silliness of goats, players get to wear crazy costumes or rather goatstumes. There are silly dance like a goat features where one can taunt or troll friends after the beaten. Or is it bleaten?

There are several multiplayer modes: Classic, Free-for-All, and Team Deathmatch. In addition there are two original Goat of Duty creations that have yet to be announced. A variety of maps are available with different playstyles. Some of the map environments include a futuristic farm, mountains of distant planets, desert of the lambs, a space station, and a medieval village.

For those looking to the lore in Goat of Duty there is some bad news. There is no lore. There is only goats. Players are the goats and all the other goats want to kill them. It is up to players to survive, kill and prove that they are the GOAT in this first person shooter or rather first goat shooter.

We cannot wait for players to join us in this new, hilarious experience. We had a blast putting this game together, and it’s going to be even better once the community steps in.
