Totally Accurate Battle Simulator Early Access

April Fools tends to lead to some wacky things and the Totally Accurate Battle Simulator Early Access launch is just the real thing this wacky day needs.

Landfall Games, the studio behind Clustertruck, Stick Fight: The Game, and Totally Accurate Battlegrounds have launched their highly-anticipated Totally Accurate Battle Simulator (TABS) into Early Access. Development on TABS first began in July 2016 with full-time development starting in November of the same year.

With the use of a state of the art physics-based simulation players get a never before seen insight into the greatest battles of history. The games uses medieval peasants to modern-day weaponry in a wacky physics-based environment where players experience accurate warfare through the ages.

TABS current 0.10 build features a 50 level campaign, sandbox mode, and five factions in Early Access. More factions will come in the future. The current factions include: Stone Age, Farmer, Medieval, Ancient, and Viking.

A future roadmap has been provided for TABS that includes adding five more factions. Three of these factions are Pirate, Renaissance and Asia. Maps for each new factions will be added as well. Additional planned features include a unit creator, faction creator, battle creator, and campaign creator.

A more detailed roadmap for TABS is coming soon.

Totally Accurate Battle Simulator (TABS) is now available for Windows PC in Early Access on Steam for $14.99 USD.

Landfall Games (@LandfallGames Twitter) is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The studio focuses on gameplay and community interaction above all else. Small development cycles and team sizes allows the studio to focus all their efforts into creating games that are both fun to play and fun to develop.
